The Rangkiang ground coffee business is a business that produces ground coffee. Activities in the Rangkiang ground coffee business affect the costs incurred. coffee bean processing increases the added value of cherry coffee and dry coffee. The research aims to map the value chain of the Rangkiang ground coffee business, analyze the margin of Rangkiang ground coffee and analyze the added value of ground coffee and Cherry coffee. The research was carried out in Ujungbatu Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The methods used are case study methods and methods of snowball sampling for coffee farmers. The sample used was the owner of the Rangkiang ground coffee business and 3 coffee farmers. The data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from business owners and coffee farmers. Secondary data from BPS Rokan Hulu. The data analysis used is value chain analysis, marketing margin analysis and Hayami added value analysis.The Rangkiang ground coffee business value chain consists of, Primary activities include inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing and sales and service. Secondary activities include procurement, technology development, resource management and company infrastructure. The Rangkiang ground coffee business has 2 value chain patterns, pattern I, namely raw material supplier - producer - consumer. Pattern II is raw material suppliers – producers – retailers – consumers. The marketing margin for pattern I is 26.79%, pattern II is 21.90%. Added value of Rangkiang ground coffee Rp. 13,529.4/kg. Value added for cherry coffee bean farmers Rp. 3,920/kg.
