Analisis Hubungan Tauke dan Pekebun Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya di Desa Puo Raya Kecamatan Tandun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This research was conducted in Puo Raya Village, Tandun Subdistrict, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis methods employed were descriptive analysis, Cartesian diagram analysis, Spearman correlation analysis, and the Fishbein multi-attribute attitude model. The research findings revealed that palm oil farmers utilize the services provided by palm oil patrons for their palm oil sales. Attributes such as fast and good service, upfront payment, provision of holiday bonuses (THR), loan provision, and cash payment are considered advantages and should be maintained by the patrons. The relationship between farmer characteristics and trust levels showed that age is positively and significantly related to attributes such as fulfilling agreements or promises and the availability of advice and production. Age is negatively and significantly related to loan provision, while education is negatively and significantly related to fulfilling agreements or promises, upfront payment, THR provision, familiarity, and kinship. The number of dependents in the family is positively and significantly related to kinship. Farming experience is positively and significantly related to price, while it is negatively and significantly related to loan provision and kinship. In terms of importance, age is positively and significantly related to fulfilling agreements or promises and THR provision, while it is negatively and significantly related to loan provision and depreciation. Education is negatively and significantly related to price, availability of facilities and production, and THR provision. The quantity of production is positively and significantly related to the availability of facilities and production. Income is positively and significantly related to the availability of advice and production. Expenditure is positively and significantly related to loan provision and the availability of facilities and production. The attitude of farmers towards patrons is categorized as good. The patron-client relationship pattern in Puo Raya Village is not only economic but also non-economic.
