Pengembangan Media Ludo Ceria "Luria" Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Bentuk Geometri Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di TK Surya Pertiwi Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
This research aims to describe the learning process and outcomes through the application of Ludo Ceria (Luria) media which can improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years. The type of research used is research and development. The steps taken are potential and problems, data/information collection, product design, product design validation, design revision, product creation, and product testing. Data collection techniques using observation, distributing questionnaires, and documentation analysis. The instrument used was a questionnaire to validate Ludo Ceria (Luria) media from media experts, material experts and educational experts. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique using experimental methods. In the research, material expert validation was obtained at 93.75% "very appropriate", media expert validation was 90.36% "very appropriate", educator validation obtained a percentage result of 90.63% "very appropriate". From the research results, it was concluded that the Ludo Ceria (Luria) media had an average score of recognizing geometric shapes before treatment (pretest) of 31.25% and at posttest of 76.88%. Based on the research N-Gain test, a score of 66.36% was obtained. From the research results, it was concluded that Ludo Ceria (Luria) media is suitable for use as a learning medium for recognizing geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years at Surya Pertiwi Kindergarten, Rokan Hulu Regency.
