Perbandingan Luas Bangun yang Terbentuk dari Trisektor Sudut dan Trisektor Sisi pada Sebarang Segiempat Nonkonveks
Angle trisectors are basically for Morley’s Theorem, which is about the exis- tence of equilateral triangles formed from the intersection of trisectors. This angle trisector has been developed by several authors on the convex quadrilate- ral with the result in the form of a comparison of the area of the shape formed from the angle trisector. In addition to area comparisons on angle trisectors, some authors also develop area comparisons of shapes formed from side trise- ctors on triangles, with the result in the form of a comparison of the area of the shape formed from the construction of the side trisector with the area of the original triangle. The discussion of angle trisectors and side trisectors is only for triangles and convex quadrilaterals and no one has developed in detail on nonconvex quadrilaterals. This thesis discusses determining the side lengths of angle trisectors on nonconvex quadrilaterals in various cases and then compa- ring the area of the shapes formed from the construction of angle trisectors on nonconvex quadrilaterals described in several cases using the sine rule and the triangle area in trigonometry. In addition, it is also discussed the comparison of the area of the shape formed from the construction of the side trisector on the nonconvex quadrilateral with the initial nonconvex quadrilateral, using the sine rule, area and various trigonometric properties. The area obtained can be compared with the area of the initial nonconvex quadrilateral.
