Analisis Efisiensi Faktor-Faktor Produksi Usahatani Nanas Madu (Ananas Comosus (L.) Merr.) Di Desa Suka Jadi Kecamatan Kuala Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

One of the pineapple centers in Riau Province is located in Suka Jadi Village, Kuala Cenaku Subdistrict, with honey pineapple as a prospective commodity due to its sweeter taste and relatively high market price, thus having significant development potential. The objectives of this research are: 1) to describe cultivation techniques, 2) to analyze farm income, and 3) to analyze the efficiency levels of farming production factors. The research site was purposively chosen considering that the area is a pineapple center with the highest production rate in the Indragiri Hulu Regency and is a potential honey pineapple producer for further development. The sample was purposively selected with criteria for honey pineapple farmers having the same planting age, consisting of 14 farmers. The research results indicate that: 1) the honey pineapple cultivation management in Suka Jadi Village is not entirely in line with the recommended cultivation standards. Activities not in line with standards include land preparation (50.00 percent), seed selection (25.00 percent), planting (50.00 percent), fertilization (0.00 percent), and watering (0.00 percent), 2) the net income of honey pineapple farming in Suka Jadi Village averages Rp36,752,148/ha/production period, 3) the production efficiency analysis shows that 78.57 percent of honey pineapple farmers in Suka Jadi Village are technically efficient with an average value of 0.89. However, all farmers are not allocatively (0.63) and economically (0.55) efficient.
