Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Pada Usaha Resto Ki Bakso Kecamatan Sekupang Kota Batam
This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes in input prices and production levels of Ki Bakso Restaurant Business in Sekupang Sub-district, Batam City. The research method used is the case study method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The informant in this study was Ibu Siti Ngatikoh, the owner of a Ki Bakso Restaurant Business. Analysis of the investment criteria data used are the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), and Payback Period (PBP). The result showed: Ki Bakso Restaurant Bussines is feasible because it has a positive NPV value of Rp.6.482.192.015, IRR value is greater than the social opportunity of cost capital (SOCC) which is 39,04%, Net B/C value is greater than one which is 7,04, and investment payback period is faster than the project life which mean 4 year, 11 months, and 20 days. Ki Bakso Restaurant Business is still feasible if there is an increase in the input price of raw material meats by 18%, also chicken meat by 30%, makes Ki Bakso Restaurant Business still feasible to continue to operate. However, the sensitivity analysis carried out regarding the decline by 25% in production was declared not feasible.
