Persepsi Pekebun Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya Terhadap Penerapan Sertifikasi ISPO Di Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
Oil palm plants are a superior commodity that has the potential to have a major impact on Indonesia's economic development. Situations like this increasingly trigger negative campaigns about palm oil. The Indonesian government presents certificationIndonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) to face problems and answer issues developing in society. The implementation of ISPO certification by independent smallholders by implementing sustainable palm oil plantation practices can increase their production figures in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of fulfillment of self-help pattern oil palm smallholders in Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency towards the implementation of ISPO certification and determine the perception of self-help oil palm smallholders in Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency towards ISPO certification. This research uses a sampling method convenience sampling. The samples taken in this research were 40 planters. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews and using questionnaires. The analytical tools used to solve problems are GAP analysis and Likert's scale. The final result of this study concluded that self-help oil palm smallholders in Singingi Hilir District have a very low level of fulfillment and are less able to implement ISPO certification.
