Pengembangan Materi Ajar Pengenalan Geometri Berbasis Etnomatematika Siswa Kelas II Sekolah Dasar
This research aims to produce development products for teaching materials for the introduction of ethnomathematics-based geometry in class II elementary schools that are in accordance with valid dan practical characteristics. This study is the Research and Development, and the researchers upplied the Plomp model consisting for three phases: preliminary research phase, development phase, and assessment phase. The development instructional media was validated by 3 experts consisting of media experts, material expert and language experts. To test the practicality the research distributed questionnaires to the teacher and students. The data in this study were collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. Based on the results of three expert validations on teaching materials with very valid criteria with a percentage of 93,33%. While the practicality of this teaching material based on the result of teacher practicality is 94% with very practical criteria and based on the student practicality questionnaire it is 93,832% with very practical criteria. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Teaching Materials for Introduction to Geometry Based on Ethnomathematics for class II elementary school students have met the valid and practical criteria, which means they can be used in learning.
