Strategi Penanganan Risiko Keterlambatan Dengan Pendekatan Monte Carlo Dan Lean Sigma (Studi Kasus : Proyek Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah B1 Kota Pekanbaru)
Environmental pollution is a strategic problem with potential chain effects that can affect various aspects of life. Moreover, the construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Pekanbaru City aims to overcome domestic wastewater problems that arise due to population growth and intensity of economic activities. In this study, the risk of work delays was identified using the Relative Importance Index (RII). In addition, risk analysis was conducted using a stochastic approach to work duration. In this analysis, a triangle probability distribution function with 3-point estimate is used using @risk software with a maximum of 100,000 iterations. Initially, the estimated job execution time was 1,075 days. However, before risk mitigation measures were taken, the execution time with a 95% confidence level reached 1,370 days, indicating a potential delay of 295 days. Strategies taken to reduce delays are implementing virtual meetings, using digital signatures, using river transportation methods. The risk mitigation was carried out by applying the Lean Sigma method through the DMAIC framework and applying the Just In Time (JIT) concept to the work on the dominant critical trajectory. After the risk mitigation measures were implemented, substantial positive changes were seen. As a finding, the project execution time with 95% confidence level decreased to 1,253 days, indicating a lower delay of 178 days after the implementation of risk reduction measures.
