Efektivitas aplikasi google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pelajaran ekonomi di kelas XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Bungaraya Kabupaten Siak
Google classroom application as a learning medium to improve learning outcomes in economics subjects. Learning outcomes are the achievement of certain competencies or abilities achieved by students after following the teaching and learning process and include cognitive, affective, and pisicomotor skills. Objective: the purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of the google classroom application as a learning medium to improve student learning outcomes. Methods: this type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The quantitative descriptive method aims to describe a phenomenon, event, symptom and occurrence that occurs factually, systematically and accurately. The focus of discussion in this study is to explain and describe the object of the variables studied. The sample in this study was 29 students in class XI social studies 1 and 29 students in class XI social studies 2. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis with analysis test, Validity Test, Reliability test, descriptive analysis, Normality test, and Wilcoxon Test. Results: The results of this study show that the use of the google classroom application has a positive tand in improving student learning outcomes. The results of the Wilcoxon Test in both classes show the value of Asymp sig. (2-tailed) with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means Google Clasrom has a role in improving student learning outcomes.
