The utilization of fly ash waste as a material in concrete production is a step taken to reduce the adverse environmental impact. Geopolymer concrete is one of the applications of fly ash as a substitute binding material for cement in concrete. However, geopolymer concrete requires high-temperature curing to accelerate the polymerization reaction and enhance its strength. Geopolymer hybrid concrete offers a solution to address the high-temperature curing of geopolimer concrete due to the slow polymerization reaction. This research aims to investigate the influence of variations in the use of geopolymer material and PCC cement on the strength of hybrid geopolymer concrete. Testing includes compressive strength, tensile strength, water absorption, porosity, sorptivity, and shrinkage tests. The study utilizes fly ash geopolymer material and 10% silica fume as a substitute for cement. Variations in the use of geopolymer material and cement include GP100, GP75-PCC25, GP50-PCC50, and GP25-PCC75. Specimen curing is carried out for 7, 28, and 56 days at room temperature as per the testing requirements. Compressive and tensile split strength tests show the highest values in concrete with a variation of GP25-PCC75 at 35.22 MPa and 2.64 MPa at 56 days. Porosity and water absorption testing indicate the highest values in GP100 concrete at 22.81% and 11.69% at 7 days, while the lowest sorptivity value is exhibited by GP25-PCC75 concrete at 0.15%. The highest shrinkage test results are demonstrated by GP100 with a shrinkage value of 742 με.
