This study aims to describe the level of farmer groups role, analyze vegetable farming income, and analyze the influence of farmer groups role towards farming income. This research was conducted in Maharatu Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The method used in this study is a survey method with sampling techniques using the Slovin formula with proportional stratified random sampling technique. The number of respondents was 50 farmer group members. Likert scale, farming income, and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that, the overall level of farmer groups role as a learning class, collaboration platform, and production was categorized as good enough. The average vegetable farming income of farmer group members is IDR.30.256.764/ha per planting season. Simultaneously, the role of farmer groups as a learning class, colaboration platform and production unit have significant influence on vegetable farming income. Partially, the role of farmer groups as a learning class and collaboration platform have significant influence on vegetable farming income. While, the role of farmer groups as a production unit have no significant influence on vegetable farming income.
