Analisis Kesulitan Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPA Siswa Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to determine student learning difficulties which are a situation where students
cannot learn properly, due to threats, obstacles or interference in learning. If students experience
failure or setbacks in learning outcomes, it means that there are difficulties encountered during
learning. Based on the results of research and discussion of the analysis of learning difficulties in
science subjects of elementary school students, it is concluded that what causes learning difficulties
in learning science learning comes from two factors, namely internal factors 4 aspects, (1) aspects
of interest where the overall percentage generated is 51.85%; with a low category; (2) aspects of
motivation where the overall percentage generated is 57.00%; with a moderate category; (3) aspects
of student intelligence where the overall percentage generated is 53.94% with a moderate category;
(4) aspects of learning habits where the overall percentage generated is 53.49% with a moderate
category, with an average percentage of internal factors being 54.07% with a moderate category.
While from external factors there are 3 aspects, namely (1) aspects of the family environment get an
average percentage of 58.34% with a moderate category; (2) aspects of the school environment get
an average percentage of 48.89% with a low category; (3) aspects of peers get an average
percentage of 52.29% with a moderate category, on the percentage of external factors getting an
average of 53.17% with a moderate category. From the results of the research, there are several
students who still have difficulty learning science subjects.
