Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Agroindustri Ikan Salai Di Kelurahan Air Dingin Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru

Study this focused on analysis appropriateness business agro industry salai fish in Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to (1) determine the profile of the salai fish business and the characteristics of salai fish entrepreneurs, (2) analyze the feasibility of the salai fish business. The number of respondents in this research were 3 salai fish entrepreneurs. Through approach quantitative and qualitative, research study various aspect studies appropriateness covering business analysis market, financial, technical, legal, economic, and social. Found that majority businessman own dependents family between 3-5 people and business salai fish own decent prospects with mark ratio cost return of 20.54, ratio benefit cost of 19.54, and period return of capital for 1.2 months. Analysis find that with good management, business salai fish in the Air Dingin Village can sustainable. Generated suggestions covers improvements structure work, expansion network distribution, utilization digital marketing, and enhancement quality product. Study this give contribution on development industry processing fish local and strategy enhancement economy public.
