Penentuan Skala Prioritas Penanganan Lokasi Titik Banjir Kota Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau
Pangkalan Kerinci City is a city with a high population growth rate. The increase in population causes the water catchment area to decrease, when the rainy season arrives with high rainfall causing rainwater to become surface flow, surface flow that exceeds drainage capacity will become puddle or flood. Flooding is a cycle that occurs naturally, floods must be managed and watched out for when it becomes a disaster. . The government has the authority to control the situation of areas that are vulnerable to flooding disasters by allocating funds from the City Regional Government Budget (APBD) to build several drainage channels, so a priority scale is needed that functions to find out the points that need the most handling. This study examine priority points in handling flood inundation problems in Kerinci Base City by assessing inundation parameters and determining the priority level of inundation based on the parameters of PUPR Regulation No. 12 of 2014 includes inundation parameters and loss criteria parameters by adjusting the value of each parameter to field conditions, the higher the impact due to flooding, the higher the priority value of the location of the inundation. This research was conducted in the area of Pangkalan Kerinci Barat and Kota Pangkalan Kerinci. From these results, it was concluded that the priority scale of inundation in West Kerinci Base and Kerinci Base City (west of Jalan Maharaja Indra) there are 24 inundation points and there are 6 first-level priority points, namely, Jl.
