Sustainable transportation in cities can provide accessibility for all urban community groups at affordable prices for both the government and users of the existing transportation system. One example of sustainable transportation is the transfer of modes from private vehicles to public transportation. The increasing movement every day causes the performance of public transportation to be less than optimal. There are bus stops that cannot be reached by the public, inconsistent waiting times for passengers with the arrival of other buses and the length of travel time spent using public transportation. The service quality indicators discussed in this research are walking distance, transfer waiting time and journey time. The results obtained from the three service quality indicators are for walking distance results for areas that are in the existing state between the two bus stops, namely the MTQ Stop and Indosat Stop as well as the Puskesmas 2
Stop and Gelanggang Remaja Stop. It is possible to add additional bus stops at distances that cannot be reached within a radius of 500 meters, namely 2 portable bus stops. This location is also a busy area so additional bus stops are needed. For the evaluation results obtained after comparing the existing and ideal conditions for transfer waiting times and Mayor bus stops. It was found that the existing conditions in different corridors were mostly categorized as bad and very bad. It was also seen that after averaging the LOS results in the morning and afternoon conditions they were categorized as bad and very bad. For the travel time spent by passengers to the activity center using the Trans Metro Pekanbaru Bus, it was found that the travel time based on the results of the time profile survey met the requirements so that no changes were needed to the travel time or route on Corridor 01.
