Analisis Bakteri Fotosintetik Anoksigenik Sebagai Agen Antimikroba Di Ekosistem Mangrove
The Research was conducted from April to July 2023 in mangrove ecosystem Siak regerency. Mangrove ecosystem harbors high biodiversity, where microorganisms play a crucial role in managing organic matter density. This research is aimed at obtaining APB as an antimicrobial developed in the field of biotechnology. Bacterial isolation was carried out from five different locations on the coast of Siak district. This research uses a survey method with modified mineral media. Growing APB is characterized by the appearance of a yellowish to brownish pigment on the growth medium. A total of 7 isolates Ba1, Ba2, Ba3, Bs1, Ia3, PSs1, Ha1 were obtained which were classified as Gram positive and negative, indicating that the bacteria came from the species Rhodobacter sp. and the phyla Chloroflexaceae and Heliobacterium tests showed that 2 APB isolates, namely Ba3, inhibited the pathogen Vibrio sp. the inhibitory power value was 9 mm and A. hydrophila had the inhibitory power value of 6,5 mm and Isolate Ba3 inhibited the bacteria Vibrio sp. the inhibitory power value is 23 mm and A. hydrophila has an inhibitory power value of 10,25 mm, which is bacteriostatic.
