Pengaruh Komposisi Media Tanam Dan Pemberian Pupuk Npk Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Sansevieria (Sansevieria Macrophylla)
Sansevieria (Sansevieria macrophylla) or more commonly known as the tongue-in-law plant is one of the horticultural plants that is widely cultivated as an ornamental plant. The use of unlicensed gold mining (UGM) soil combined with several organic materials such as husk charcoal and composted Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) of palm oil is expected to be a good alternative planting medium and combined with NPK fertilizer can increase the growth of Sansevieria plants. This research was conducted experimentally in the form of a 3 x 3 factorial experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) pattern consisting of two factors. The first factor is the composition of planting media (M) which consists of 3 based on volume ratio ; M1 = (2:1:1); M2 = (1:2:1); M3 = (1:1:2). The second factor is NPK fertilizer (N) which consists of three dose ; N1 = (0 g); N2 = 5 g; N3 = 10 g. The observation parameters are the increase in leaf length, leaf width, number of tillers, plant fresh weight, root volume and primary root length. The interaction of the composition of planting media and the dose of NPK fertilizer (16:16:16) had no significant effect on all parameters. The combination of planting media composition (1:1:2) and the application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 10 g per plant can increase the increase in plant leaf length, leaf width increase, fresh weight, root volume and primary root length of Sansevieria macrophylla. The composition of planting media (1:1:2) can increase the increase in leaf length, leaf width increase, fresh weight, root volume and primary root length of Sansevieria macrophylla plants. The application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 10 g per plant can increase the increase in plant leaf length, leaf width increase, root volume and primary root length of Sansevieria macrophylla plants.
