Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Perilaku Wirausaha Agroindustri Rumahan Kopi Bubuk Di Nagari Koto Tuo Kecamatan Sungai Tarab Kabupaten Tanah Datar

Home ground coffee agro-industry is a business carried out by the majority of people in Nagari Koto Tuo, Sungai Tarab District, Tanah Datar Regency. The aims of this research are (1) to analyze the level of motivation of home ground coffee agro-industry entrepreneurs in Nagari Koto Tuo, (2) to analyze the level of ground coffee home agro-industry entrepreneurial behavior in Nagari Koto Tuo, and (3) to analyze the influence of motivation on ground coffee home agro-industry entrepreneurial behavior in Nagari Koto Tuo. This research was conducted in Nagari Koto Tuo, Sungai Tarab District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. The method used in this research is a survey method with a sampling technique using the method purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 100 entrepreneurs who had been running a business for less than 15 years. The data analysis used to answer objectives 1 and 2 is a qualitative descriptive analysis method using a scale Likert, and objective 3 using the SEM analysis method. The results of the research show that entrepreneurial motivation for home ground coffee agro-industry in Nagari Koto Tuo has an average score of 4.26 in the very motivating category, entrepreneurial behavior has an average score of 4.19 in the good category, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on agro-industrial entrepreneurial behavior ground coffee houses in Nagari Koto Tuo amounted to 0.712.
