Analisis Manajemen Produksi Dan Operasi Agroindustri Mie Sagu Di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti

This research aims to analyze home industry production management in Meranti Islands Regency and analyze home industry operations management in Meranti Islands Regency. The data used in this research is primary data such as questionnaires distributed to 10 home industries in Kepulauan Meranti Regency. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods with the following criteria: 1) Respondents are home industries that have a minimum of 4 workers and a maximum of 19 people. 2) Respondentsare home industries whohaveopened abusiness formore than2years. The datathathas been collected will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that: 1)home industryproductionmanagement in Meranti IslandsRegencyis in thequite goodcategory,and 2)home industryoperations management inMeranti Islands Regency is in the good category.
