Analisis Usaha Dan Strategi Pengembangan Agroindustri Kerupuk Kuning Di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang (Studi Kasus: Industri Rumah Tangga Nur Aini)
Yellow crackers are one of the specialty foods of Kampar Regency that are cultivated by the community to increase income. The research aims to: 1) Know and describe the business profile of Nur Aini yellow cracker agro-industry 2) Analyze the business of Nur Aini yellow cracker agro-industry 3) Formulate the right development strategy for Nur Aini yellow cracker agro-industry. The method used in this research is the case study method. The results of the study show that NurAini's yellow cracker business has been established for 29 years, the tools used are still traditional using personal capital of IDR.3,000,000, so that Nur Aini's yellow cracker business is included in the household industry business scale. Production costs of Nur Aini yellow crackers agro-industry have an average value of IDR.6,372,256. The highest net income of yellow crackers was obtained in December 2023 amounting to IDR.6,119,944. The RCR of Nur Aini's yellow cracker business is 1.82. The added value obtained on average amounted to IDR.11,215/kg with an added value ratio of 63%. Marketing of Nur Aini yellow crackers agro-industry has two marketing channels, namely Marketing Channel I and Marketing Channel II (producers to retailers to consumers). The marketing efficiency value of channel I is 8.06% with a total margin of IDR.0 while channel II is 14.31% with a total margin of IDR.8,000. So that the most efficient marketing channel in this study is channel I. The resulting priority strategies are maintaining savory taste and crunchy texture, maintaining products without preservatives and availability of raw materials to maintain quality, and utilizing technology as a promotional medium through social media in reaching wider marketing.
