Analisis Pembiayaan Sertifikasi Ispo Pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Rakyat Di Kabupaten Siak (Studi Kasus Kelompok Tani Setia Rukun)
Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) is a standard for sustainable palm oil plantations in Indonesia. According to Presidential Regulation No. 44 of 2020, all companies and independent farmers must have ISPO certification by 2025. This study aims to: (1) evaluate training and assistance for ISPO certification preparation in the Setia Rukun Farmers Group; (2) analyze the costs of assistance for meeting ISPO principles and indicators; (3) calculate the training costs for farmers; and (4) assess the initial certification costs for smallholder palm oil plantations. The study was conducted in Siak Regency, Riau Province, using survey and interview methods. The sample included 20 farmers, 1 facilitator, and 1 internal auditor. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and relevant documentation. Data analysis involved GAP analysis and average cost calculations. The results showed 6 types of training for farmers, facilitators, and internal auditors, as well as 33 assistance sessions. The average training cost was Rp 60,648, assistance cost Rp 1,804,108, initial certification cost Rp 1,194,000, and total ISPO certification cost Rp 3,706,972 per farmer.
