Respons Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Terhadap Kombinasi Pupuk Majemuk Kcamgs Dengan Kcl Di Tanah Dystrudepts
The utilization of Dystrudepts as oil palm planting area has several problems such as high sand content, very low klei, low water holding ability, C-organic, KTK and interchangeable base levels (Ca, Mg, K, Na). Efforts to overcome these obstacles are with fertilizers that have slow release properties such as KCaMgS compound fertilizers combined with soluble fertilizers such as KCl. This research aims to studying the influence of various combinations of compound fertilizer KCaMgS with KCl and determining the best combination of the growth and production of palm oil plants in Dystrudepts soil. This research was conducted from March-September 2023 in the oil palm plantation of Petapahan Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The method used was non-factorial with a randomized block design (RBD). Treatments consisted of 5 levels, namely NPK 600 kg.ha-1 (control), KCaMgS 25% + KCl 75%, KCaMgS 50% + KCl 50%, KCaMgS 75% + KCl 25%, and KCaMgS 100%, each combination was repeated three times. The results showed that the application of 100% KCaMgS compound fertilizer increased the length of the midrib and the width of the leaflets. The combination of KCaMgS 25% + KCl 75% increases the number of male flower bunches and KCaMgS 50% + KCl 50% increases sex ratio, the number of fresh fruit bunches and the weight of fresh fruit bunches. The best dosage combination to increase palm oil production is KCaMgS 50% + KCl 50%.
