Pemberian Kompos Solid, Npk Dan Pupuk Hayati Yang Diperkaya Mucuna Bracteata Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.)
This study aims to obtain the best combination of solid compost, NPK and biofertilizer enriched with Mucuna bracteata in order to reduce the use of NPK fertilizer in increasing the growth and production of shallot plants. This research was conducted from May to August 2023 at the experimental garden of Riau University. The method used was a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 8 treatments and 3 replicates so that 24 experimental units were obtained. The treatments were P0: 100% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 10 t.ha-1; P1: 75% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 20 t.ha-1 + biofertilizer (without Mucuna bracteata); P2: 75% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 20 t.ha-1 + biofertilizer (with 10% Mucuna bracteata); P3: 75% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 20 t.ha-1 + biofertilizer (with 7,5% Mucuna bracteata); P4: 75% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 20 t.ha-1 + biofertilizer (with 5% Mucuna bracteata); P5: 50% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 20 t.ha-1 + biofertilizer (with 10% Mucuna bracteata); P6: 50% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 20 t.ha-1 +
biofertilizer (with 7,5% Mucuna bracteata); P7: 50% NPK fertilizer + solid compost 20 t.ha-1 + biofertilizer (with 5% Mucuna bracteata). The combination of
75% to 50% NPK fertilizer + 20 t.ha-1 solid compost + biofertilizer (with 10% Mucuna bracteata) gives better growth and production of shallots and the combination can reduce the use of NPK fertilizer by 50%.
