Analisis Kinerja Dan Tingkat Pelayanan Angkutan Umum Trans Metro Pekanbaru Koridor 1 Ramayana-Pandau
Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) is urban public transportation that helps the activities of the people of Pekanbaru City at affordable costs for all groups. Since the emergence of online-based transportation tools plus the emergence of the COVID 19 outbreak in Pekanbaru City, there has been a 50% decrease in the number of TMP users from 2019 - 2022 in corridor 1. Corridor 1 was chosen because the largest volume of passengers is on that route. This is the basis for this research to analyze the performance and level of service of TMP, especially in corridor 1 using the 2002 Land Transportation Directorate Decree and World Bank standards for service using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Data collection was carried out by direct surveys in the field and distributing questionnaires to TMP service users. The time for collecting Trans Metro Pekanbaru performance data is carried out on weekends, namely Sunday 19 November 2023 and weekdays, wednesday 22 November 2023. Analysis of performance and service levels can be used as material for evaluation and improvement of Trans Metro Pekanbaru in the future. The results of the performance analysis of Trans Metro Pekanbaru corridor 1 based on the weighting values were found to be 17 on weekdays and holidays, which means performance is categorized as good. Meanwhile, the level of service carried out using CSI analysis was obtained for corridor 1 of Trans Metro Pekanbaru at 86%, which can be interpreted as being very satisfied with the level of service of Trans Metro Pekanbaru.
