Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad (Student Teams Achievment Division) Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Budaya Siswa Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to describe the effect of the STAD type of cooperative learning model on students‟ cultural literacy skills of SDN 183 Pekanbaru. This study applied a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental research design in the form of a Non-equivalent Control Group Design using experimental and control classes. Sampling was dones by simple random sampling technique, wich obtained 25 students of class IV D as the experimental class and 25 students of class IV A as the control class because the population is homogeneus. Data collection methods included pretests, posttests, and cultural literacy questionnaires. The data were tabulated in Microsoft Excel and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. This was obtained with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.828 > 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is no difference in the average cultural literacy skills of students in the experimental class and the control class. Additionally, an n-gain score test was conducted in the experimental class to determine the effectiveness of the STAD cooperative learning model. The mean score obtained was 0.23 ≤ 0.3, indicating that the STAD cooperative learning model has a 23 % influence on students‟ cultural literacy skills. Although only 23% of the effectiveness is given, this can be said to be significant considering the various constraints that exist.
