Analisis Kesedian Menerima (Wta) Dan Kesediaan Membayar (Wtp) Atas Keberadaan Tpa Muara Fajar Di Kecamatan Rumbai Barat Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This research aims to 1) find out the value of the community's willingness to accept (WTA) 2) find out the value of the community's willingness to pay (WTP) 3) find out the factors that influence the value of the community's willingness to accept (WTA) and willingness to pay (WTP).
The population in this study were people living around the Muara Fajar TPA, namely in the sub-districts of Muara Fajar Timur and Muara Fajar Barat with a total of 3,184 heads of families. The sample was taken by random sampling. The method used was quantitative descriptive analysis using logistic and multiple linear regression tools.
The results of this research show 1) the average WTP value of respondents is IDR 40,024/month. The WTA value is significantly influenced by the level of education, total income, distance and costs of dealing with impacts. The average WTP value of respondents is IDR 10,684/family/month .Factors that significantly influence respondents' WTP are education level, total income, and number of dependents.
