Analisis Indeks Kinerja Irigasi Dan Aknop Pada Jaringan Irigasi Pangean

The Simandolak-Pangean Irrigation Area (DI) consists of the Simandolak 1 Irrigation Network, the Simandolak 2 Irrigation Network and the Pangean Irrigation Network with an area of 976 Ha and 1,087 Ha respectively, while the Pangean Irrigation Network has an area of 971 Ha. Analysis of the performance of the Pangean Irrigation Network needs to be carried out in order to improve the function of the irrigation network that has been built. This performance analysis can help so that the function of the Pangean Irrigation Network can perform optimally in serving the community and become a guide for managers in carrying out management. This research aims to assess the irrigation performance index and the Real Operational and Maintenance Needs Figures on the Pangean Irrigation Network as well as analyzing points that have the potential to become priorities and for periodic maintenance based on PUPR Ministerial Decree No.12/PRT/M/2015. The method used in this research is a direct survey method to the review location and the object of this research is the Pangean Irrigation Network which includes irrigation canals and main buildings. The data used in this research is divided into 2, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through observation and secondary data is indirect data where this data is requested or obtained from the relevant agency as the source. Overall, the performance of the Pangean Irrigation Network system was 65.42%, indicating poor performance and requiring attention. Things that must be done include regular maintenance as well as repair and rehabilitation of damaged carrier channels, especially the BP.Ka 2 - BP.Ka 3 channels. The costs required for AKNOP Pangean Bend, Kuantan Singingi Regency with an area of 971 Ha are IDR 120,572,433.00.
