Analisis Indeks Kinerja Daerah Irigasi Batang Anai Pada Bangunan Utama Dan Saluran Sekunder Sekayan

The Batang Anai Irrigation Area is one of the mainstay irrigation areas in West Sumatra Province. The Batang Anai Irrigation Area provides irrigation flow on the right and left sides of the weir. In this research, the review is the left side of the weir, namely the Batang Anai Irrigation in the Sekayan Secondary Channel with an irrigated area of 225 Ha. As time goes by, the function of irrigation services has decreased, so irrigation operations and maintenance are activities that are really needed to ensure irrigation performance is maintained. In this regard, an assessment of the Batang Anai Irrigation Performance Index in the Sekayan Secondary Canal needs to be carried out to assess aspects or components that are not yet optimal in this irrigation area in order to determine the treatment that needs to be carried out based on Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 12 of 2015. The results of the Batang Anai Irrigation Performance Index on the Sekayan Secondary Channel are 75.42% which is included in the good performance category because it is in the value range of 70% - 79%, while the performance weight of each component is the weight of physical infrastructure of 34 .95% of the maximum weight of 45%, the weight of planting productivity is 10.88% of the maximum weight of 15%, the weight of supporting facilities is 7.92% of the maximum weight of 10%, the weight of personnel organizations is 11.04% of the maximum weight of 15% , the documentation weight is 3.35% of the maximum weight of 5% and the P3A institutional weight is 7.28% of the maximum weight of 10%.
