Analisis Indeks Kinerja Irigasi Dan Aknop Pada Jaringan Irigasi Simandolak I
The Simandolak – Pangean Irrigation Area (D.I Sim-Pang) is an Irrigation Area located in Kuantan Singingi district, Riau Province. D.I Sim-Pang has an area of 3,034 Ha which is divided into three Irrigation Networks, namely the Simandolak I Irrigation Network (976 Ha) which is located in Tebing Tinggi Simandolak Village, Benai District. Then there is the Simandolak II Irrigation Network (1,087 Ha) which is located in Jalan Patah Village, Sentajo Raya District. And the last one is the Pangean Irrigation Network (971 Ha) which is located in Pasar Pangean Village, Pangean District. The focus of this research is the Simandolak I Irrigation network. This irrigation network was built in 1970 and its water source comes from the Batang Simandolak river reservoir. This irrigation network has a withdrawal discharge of 1,023 m/second, and has an irrigated area of 976 Ha. The channel in this weir has a length of 7,552 m for the primary channel, 2,864 m for the secondary channel, and 4,350 m for the tertiary channel. Because the Simandolak-Pangean Irrigation Area, especially the Simandolak I Irrigation Network, is more than 50 years old, it is necessary to assess the Irrigation System Performance Index (IKSI) as well as calculate the Real Operation and Maintenance Needs (AKNOP) on the Main Building of the Simandolak I Irrigation Network Dam, in order to know operational costs and routine maintenance as well as periodic maintenance. Based on the inventory that has been carried out, the Simandolak I Irrigation Network Performance Index value is 74.42%, which means that the Simandolak I Irrigation Network is still in good condition. Meanwhile, for the Real Operation and Maintenance Needs (AKNOP) value, the cost is IDR. 120,572,433.00.
