PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERN DAN AKUNTABILITAS TERHADAP KINERJA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH

This research aims to determine the influence of Human Resource Competency,
Internal Control Systems and Accountability on the Performance of Government
Agencies. The population in this study is the Regional Apparatus Organizations of
the Pekanbaru City Government with a total of 47 Regional Apparatus
Organizations. The sampling technique in this research uses a non-probability
sampling technique. This research uses primary data collected using a
questionnaire as a data collection instrument which is distributed to respondents.
The data obtained were analyzed using Warppls 7.0. The results of this research
show that Human Resource Competency, Internal Control Systems and
Accountability influence the Performance of Government Agencies.
