PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, INKLUSI KEUANGAN, PERILAKU KEUANGAN DAN PEMANFAATAN ECOMMERCE TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM

This research aims to determine financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial
behavior and the use of E-commerce on the performance of MSMEs in Bukit Raya
sub-district. This research is included in quantitative research. The subjects of
this research were 90 MSMEs in Bukit Raya District. The data used in this
research is primary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The
data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS
application. The results of the research show that (1) financial literacy has no
effect on the performance of MSMEs in Bukit Raya District (2) financial inclusion
has an effect on the performance of MSMEs in Bukit Raya District (3) financial
behavior has an effect on the performance of MSMEs in Bukit Raya District (4)
the use of E- Trade influences the performance of MSMEs in Bukit Raya District.
Therefore, this research is in line with the government's efforts to improve the
quality of MSMEs, especially in terms of improving MSME performance.
