PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNACE TERHADAP SUSTAINABILITY REPORT DENGAN CORPORATE REPUTATION SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

This study aims to examine the influence of corporate governance on the
sustainability report and how corporate reputation impacts the relationship
between corporate governance and the sustainability report in primary and
secondary sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from
2018 to 2022. The population in this study consists of primary and secondary
sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2022 period. The research
sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 141
companies with 589 observations. The analysis method used in this study is the
ordinary least square (OLS) test, utilizing Stata software. The results of this study
indicate that corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on the
sustainability report, and corporate reputation does not moderate the positive
relationship between corporate governance and the sustainability report.
