PENGARUH GREEN PRODUCT INNOVATION, GREEN PROCESS INNOVATION, DAN PROFITABILITY TERHADAP SUSTAINABILITY PERFORMANCE

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of green product
innovation, green process innovation, and profitability on sustainability
performance in companies in the food and beverage sector and energy sector
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This research method is a
quantitative research method using secondary data in the form of annual reports
and company sustainability reports obtained from the website www.idx.co.id and
company websites as well as PROPER ratings from the Ministry of the
Environment website www.menlh.go.id. The population in this research is all 169
companies in the food and beverage sector and energy sector listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sample selection in this research
used the purposive sampling method. The sample selected in this research was 20
companies selected based on predetermined criteria over a period of 4 years so
that a total of 80 data were obtained. The data analysis method used in this
research used Warp PLS 7.0. The results of this research show that green product
innovation has an effect on sustainability performance. Green process innovation
influences sustainability performance. And profitability has no effect on
sustainability performance.
