Pengaruh Media Arbeca Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Awal Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Matoa Mandiri Kabupaten Bengkalis Riau

The objective of this research was to examine the effects of Arbeca media has on early reading ability in children aged 5-6 years at Matoa Mandiri Kindergarten, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. This study uses an experimental method with a One Group Pretest Post-test Design design. The sample used was 20 children aged 5-6 years in Matoa Mandiri, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. In this study, researchers used observation sheets and tests as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that early reading ability in children aged 5-6 years at Matoa Mandiri Kindergarten, Bengkalis Regency, Riau after being treated using media Arbeca have increased. By being given treatment using media Arbeca, it is in the criteria of developing very well (BSH). it can be seen that children are able to read pictures and are also able to identify and pronounce vowels and consonants, read open syllables and read words and there is a very significant influence of using media Arbeca on early reading ability before and after the experiment was carried out by providing treatment in the form of media Arbeca. The magnitude of the influence is 40,04%, based on the assessment criteria, the Normalized Gain is in the moderate category.
