Penggunaan Bakteri Bacillus cereus SN7 Sebagai Protein Pengganti Pakan Ikan Nila Salin (Oreochromis niloticus)
The Bacterial isolate B. cereus SN7 used came from the collection of the Marine Microbiology Laboratory. This research aims to test the ability of B. cereus SN7 as a replacement protein in feed to increase the growth of saline tilapia fish based on the blood profile (hematocrit, hemoglobin and leukocytes) provided by bacteria. This research was carried out from February-April 2024. This research used the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method, carrying out four treatment levels with three replications. The treatments given were P0 without adding bacterial isolates, P1 adding 5% isolates, P2 adding 10% isolates, P3 adding 15% isolates, and P4 adding 20% isolates. The results of the study showed that the survival rate obtained a value of P
