Budidaya Ikan Patin (Pangasianodon hypophtalmus) Dengan Sistem Akuaponik Dengan Pakan Fementasi Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera)
Striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) is a consumption fish that has
high economic value and is popular with the public. This study aims to obtain the
right dosage of fementation moringa leaves in feed on the growth and survival of
striped catfish reared in the dark for 24 hours using an aquaponic recirculation system. This research was conducted from December to February 2024 for 60 days. This research was conducted using an experimental method with a completely randomized design, which consisted of 4 treatments with 3 replications. The treatment was without the addition of moringa leaf fermentation flour, doses of 10 g/kg, doses of 15 g/kg, and 20 g/kg. In this study, 400 catfish seeds were used measuring 5-7 cm in length. The results showed that moringa leaves fermentation were able to influence the growth and survival of those reared with the photoperiod media of the aquaponic system. The best dose in this study was 10 g/kg which resulted in an absolute weight of 18,93 g, an absolute length of 13,35 cm, SGR 3,29 %/day, and a survival rate of 96,67%. This study concluded that the addition of moringa leaf fermentation powder was able to have a significant effect on the growth and survival of striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus). The best moringa leaf fermentation powder dosage was obtained at a dose of 10 g/kg.
