Pengaruh Perencanaan Strategis, Pembelajaran Organisasi, Dan Keberlanjutan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Bumdes, Dengan Dukungan Pemerintah Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) according to Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Article 1, paragraph (6), is defined as an enterprise whose entire or most of its capital is owned by the village through direct participation derived from separated village assets to manage assets, public services, and other businesses for the maximum welfare of the village community. This village business institution, managed by the community and the village government, is established to strengthen the village economy and is formed based on the needs and potential of the village. The research aims to test and analyze the influence of strategic planning, organizational learning, and organizational sustainability on the performance of BUMDes with government support as a moderating variable.
Data collection techniques use a questionnaire distributed directly and online via Google Forms for respondents who cannot be met. The population in this study consists of 136 BUMDes scattered throughout Bengkalis Regency. The data collection method uses saturated sampling; from 680 distributed questionnaires, there are 424 questionnaires that participated in this research.
The results of the tests and analysis using the SmartPLS 4 application indicate that strategic planning has a significant effect on the performance of BUMDes, organizational learning does not have a significant effect on the performance of BUMDes, organizational sustainability has a significant effect on the performance of BUMDes, strategic planning has a significant effect on organizational sustainability, organizational learning has a significant effect on organizational sustainability, and organizational sustainability as a mediating variable between strategic planning and the performance of BUMDes has a significant effect. Furthermore, organizational sustainability as a mediating variable between organizational learning and the performance of BUMDes also has a significant effect, while government support as a moderation variable between sustainability and the performance of BUMDes does not have a significant effect or strengthen the relationship.
