Pengaruh Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Partisipasi Masyarakat Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This research aims to determine and analyze the results of the influence of transparency, accountability, community participation and leadership style on the management of village fund allocations (ADD) in Rokan Hulu Regency. This research took the form of field research using questionnaires and data processing using the SPSS application tool, 26 quantitatively , considering that the population was too large, the researcher attempted to find the population source from the respondents by creating a sample determination method, namely Purposive Sampling . Based on the respondents described in the research, the researcher obtained data from the questionnaire formulation , observations and to obtain more accurate information . To analyze the data, in this case the data that has been collected is grouped according to each data type and then presented in the form of a narrative table of processed data on an Ordinal scale . Furthermore, the data that has been presented in table form and described is in the form of narrative sentences , and the observations are analyzed quantitatively in the form of depictions that occur in the area. field , namely, from the results of the discussions that have been carried out , the author makes conclusions from 4 variables However, even though the results have a significant effect, improvements must still be made to achieve good management of village fund allocation .
