ABSTRAC

This study aims to examine the Effect of Competence of Village Apparatuses, Transparency, Internal Control Systems, and Utilization of Information Technology on the Accountability of Village Fund Management in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using WarpPLS version 7.0 software tools. The sample in the study amounted to 120 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. The results of this study concluded that the competence of village apparatus, transparrenc, internal control systems, and the use of information technology have an effect on the accountability of managing village funds.
