ABSTRACK
This study aims to determine the effect of information sharing and trust on business performance through competitive advantage as a mediating variable in the plasma farmer group of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III. The population in this study was the plasma farmer group of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III consisting of 484 farmer groups. The sampling technique used in this study was the probability sampling technique, namely components or people in the population have the same opportunity to be selected as samples, namely 83 farmer groups. The analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using SmartPLS version 4.0. the results of the study with hypothesis testing show that Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Trust has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Trust has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Competitive advantage as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on the effect of information sharing on business performance. Competitive advantage as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on the effect of trust on business performance.
