Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Main Nursery Yang Diberi Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat Dan Pupuk Npkmg
Oil palm plants have high economic value. One of the efforts that can be made to increase oil palm production is by replanting on ultisol soils that have low macro and micro nutrients. An alternative that can be done is the addition of biological fertilizers, namely phosphate solubilizing bacteria combined with inorganic fertilizers, namely NPKMg fertilizers. The purpose of this research is to see the interaction of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (BPF) and NPKMg fertilizer, single factor and get the best combination of BPF fertilizer and NPKMg fertilizer to increase the growth of main nursery oil palm seedlings on ultisol soil media. This study was conducted using a factorial complete randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is phosphate solubilizing bacterial biofertilizer consisting of three levels B1: 20 g, B2: 40 g, B3: 60 g per plant; the second factor is NPKMg fertilizer consisting of three levels P1: 30.5 g, P2: 36.5 g, P3: 42.5 g per plant. The parameters observed were plant height increment, number of leaves increment, stem diameter increment, fresh weight of stems, root volume, seedling dry weight and root crown ratio. The best combination of phosphate solubilizing bacteria at a dose of 60 g per plant and NPKMg 15:15:6:4 fertilizer at a dose of 42.5 g per plant was able to increase the growth of main nursery phase oil palm seedlings in ultisol soil.
