This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of Communication, Human Resource Competency, Information Technology and Organizational Commitment, on the readiness to implement information systems for the regional government of the Republic of Indonesia. This research was conducted at Pekanbaru city regional apparatus organizations. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 47 regional apparatus organizations in the city of Pekanbaru. The sampling used in this research was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis method in this research was carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 26. The results of this research show that communication has an influence on the readiness to implement the information system for the regional government of the Republic of Indonesia; Human resource competency influences the readiness to implement the Republic of Indonesia regional government information system; information technology influences the readiness to implement information systems for the regional government of the Republic of Indonesia; Organizational commitment influences the readiness to implement the information system of the Republic of Indonesia's regional government.
