There is a hypothesis related to the influence of financial literacy on financial performance, as well as the influence of financial management on financial performance as the purpose of this study. The locus of this research is the MSMEs of Pekanbaru City, Riau Province by specializing in the culinary sector as a sample to support in answering the formulation of problems that use a quantitative approach. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive correlation of the two dependent variables to independent variables so that in order to improve the good financial performance of Pekanbaru City MSMEs, it is necessary to have good financial literacy and effective and efficient financial management so that the acceptable outcome of high profit income and minimal losses of Pekanabaru City MSMEs is always a business actor
