Uji Efektivitas Ekstrak Daun Bidara (Ziziphus mauritiana L.) dengan Pelarut Organik terhadap Mortalitas Ulat Grayak Kedelai (Spodoptera litura F.)
Soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) is a primary food crop after rice, wheat, and corn. Spodoptera litura F. is one of main pests of soybean. An alternative way to control the pest is botanical insecticides use such as indian jujube leaves (Ziziphus mauritiana L.) with ethanol solvent. The research aimed to determine the effective concentration of ndian jujube leaf organic extract to S. litura mortality. The study was conducted from December 2023 to February 2024, using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of six treatments, 0%, 0,2%, 0,4%, 0,6%, 0,8%, and 1%. Each treatment was replied four times. 24 units were obtained in the study. Observation parameters were initial lethal time, lethal time 50 (LT50), lethal concentration 50 and 95 (LC50 and LC95), daily mortality, total mortality, changes in behavior and morphology and also temperature and humidity. The results showed that application of indian jujube leaf organic extract at 1% concentration was effective treatment with total mortality was 85.00%, an initial lethal time was 12.50 hours after application, LC50 was 51.25 hours after application, LC50 was 0.37%, and LC95 was 5.41%.
