Sifat Kimia Tanah Dystrudepts dan Kadar Hara Daun Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) yang Diaplikasi Mineral Polyhalite dengan Pupuk KCl
Restrictions on soil dystrudepts are related to the low content of fertile elements and affect soil fertility for plant growth and production. The addition of Mineral Polyhalite is expected to increase the supply of harvest for plants when combined with KCl. In Petapahan Village, Tapung District, Kampar District, Riau Province, a people's palm coconut farm with Dystrudepts was the site of the research. At the Laboratory of Earth Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, soil chemical characteristics are analyzed. The study was carried out between February and September of 2023. Studying with a fully random design non-factorial (RAL). You will receive 15 units of trial because there are 5 treatments with 3 repeats in this trial. A: Control (3.3 NPK kg per plant), B: 25% Mineral Polyhalite (2.1 kg per plant) + 75% KCl Fertilizer (1,4 kg per plant), C: 50% Mineral Polyhalite (4.1 kg per plant) + 50% KCl Fertilizer (1 kg per plant), D: 75% Mineral Polyhalite (6.1 kg per plant) + 25% KCl Fertilizer (0.5 kg per plant), and E: 100% Mineral Polyhalite (8.1 kg per plant). The study's results were subjected to several statistical analyses and tested at the 5% level using Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT). Applying 100% Mineral Polyhalite to soil Dystrudepts over four months resulted in improvements in chemical characteristics, with the tendency to enhance pH, Organic-C, K-total, S-total, and exchangeable cations at depths of 0–30 cm. KB, Na-dd, and Mg-dd down to 30–60 cm.
