Pengaruh Kinetin Dan Naa Terhadap Pertumbuhan Eksplan Jeruk Kasturi (Citrus Microcarpa) Secara In Vitro
This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction of Kinetin and NAA on the growth of epicotyls of kasturi orange (Citrus microcarpa), and to obtain a combination of Kinetin and NAA, as well as the concentration of Kinetin or NAA that supports the growth of kasturi orange explants. This research was conducted at the Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, Pekanbaru from June to September 2023. This research is a factorial experiment arranged according to the Randomized Group Design (RGD). The treatments in this study were: Factor I: Kinetin concentration (K) consisting of 4 levels, namely: K0: 0 mg.l-1, K1: 2.5 mg.l-1, K2: 5 mg.l-1, and K3: 7.5 mg.l-1. Factor II: NAA concentration (N) consisting of 4 levels, namely: N0: 0 mg.l-1, N1: 1 mg.l-1, N2: 2 mg.l-1, N3: 3 mg.l-1. The parameters observed were root emergence, number of roots, longest root length, highest shoot height increment, number of leaves increment, percentage of living explants. The data obtained were analyzed using variance analysis with a linear model and the results of variance analysis were further tested with Duncan's multiple range test at the 5% real level. Data analysis was performed using Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software. The results showed that the administration of Kinetin and NAA had an effect on all observation parameters with the best treatment was a combination of 2.5 mg.l-1 Kinetin and 2 mg.l-1 NAA because it could support the growth of kasturi orange explants.
