Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di Rsd Madani Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work environment and
motivation simultaneously and partially on the performance of nurses at RSD
Madani Pekanbaru City. The population of this study were nurses with the status
of Civil Servants (PNS) at RSD Madani Pekanbaru City, totaling 52 people. The
sampling technique used a saturated technique. The data collection technique
used a questionnaire which was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The
results of the study showed that job satisfaction, work environment and motivation
had an effect on the performance of nurses at RSD Madani Pekanbaru City. Job
satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSD Madani
Pekanbaru City as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.639> t-table 2.002 or sig of
0.011 t-table 2.002 or sig of 0.006 t-table 2.002 or sig of 0.002
