Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pada Perawat (Medis) Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Zainab Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Work
Environment and Motivation on Performance in Nurses (Medical) at Zainab
Mother and Child Hospital, Pekanbaru. This research method is quantitative
descriptive, which means that the research is explained in statistical form or in
the form of numbers. The population in this study were 98 nurses at Zainab
Hospital. The results of this study indicate (1) Organizational culture, work
environment and motivation have a direct effect on performance, (2)
Organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) Work
environment has a direct effect on performance and (4) Motivation has a direct
effect on performance. Organizational culture, work environment, and motivation
affect performance, meaning that all three have an important role in determining
a person's work results. A positive organizational culture forms good work
attitudes and behaviors. A comfortable work environment encourages enthusiasm
and productivity. Meanwhile, motivation is the main driver for someone to work
optimally. If these three aspects run well, employee performance tends to
increase.
