Penerapan Algoritma J48 Untuk Mengukur Tingkat Keberhasilan Pelaku Ukm (Studi Kasus: Plut-Kumkm Riau)
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's economy but still face various challenges in business development. To address these issues, the government, through the PLUT-KUMKM program, provides mentoring services for SME actors. This study aims to measure the success of PLUT-KUMKM partners using the Decision Tree J48 algorithm. The model was developed based on attributes such as business location, business license, promotional media, assets, turnover, number of employees, partnership year, and business establishment year. The dataset consists of 948 records, divided into 90% training data and 10% testing data. The evaluation results show that the J48 algorithm achieved an accuracy of 96%, precision of 95%, and recall of 100%. The most influential factors in SME success include a strategic business location, more than four years in operation, valid business licensing, active promotion, and stable or growing assets. The J48 algorithm proves effective for predicting SME success and can support targeted mentoring strategies by PLUT-KUMKM Riau Province.
